I have been working with Vintage clothes and textiles since the 1980's and during this time many
lovely things have passed through my hands. While I don't specialise in any particular period I do limit myself to to
19th century and early 20th century items. Of course this is not written in stone and I do have later items up
to the 1970's.
My stock includes accessories and millinery. I have a huge collection of buttons of all time
scales.
My passion for textiles and antique clothing led me along the path to Historical Costume making and
I did this for about 10 years. Now I am concentrating on trying to make Art with Textiles and have successfully completed
a 4 year City and Guilds Diploma Course in Stitched Textiles.
I have strong working links with France and I shall be going there this year to teach beginnner workshops
in Feltmaking and other Textile techniques.
